Official Launching of Terminal One Shopping Centre

Terminal One Shopping Centre in Seremban was officially launched on December 7, 1996, by the current Prime Minister of Malaysia, Dato’ Seri Anwar Ibrahim, who was then serving as the Deputy Prime Minister. The launch marked a significant milestone for Seremban, introducing a modern retail and entertainment hub to the heart of the city.
The mall’s opening was part of a broader push to enhance urban development and provide residents with a centralized location for shopping, dining, and leisure. It became a key attraction in Seremban, featuring major retailers, a cinema, and a food court, making it a go-to destination for families and tourists alike.
This event not only underscored the economic growth of Negeri Sembilan but also highlighted the government’s commitment to supporting infrastructure projects that benefit local communities.
First ‘Bersanding’ Ceremony at Shopping Centre.

In conjunction with “ Your Wedding Gallery” Exhibition held on Apr 20 to Apr 22, 2022 Terminal One Management had created a new record. Shaipol Azman bin Jamaluddin, 30 and Norhadhillah binti Abdul Rahman, 27 was the lucky couple when the complex management offered to organize their ‘bersanding’ ceremony at the main concourse area of the complex. The reception together with the well decorated dais, soothing music, fashion show and other traditional arrangement were interesting that attracted 1000 shoppers. It’s worthy to take note that this event was featured in the Malaysian Book of Records.
Biggest Tepak Sirih Replica
Terminal One Management set a record on 9 June 2003 for the Biggest Tepak Sireh Replica, which was the gambit for the launching of the Persukuan Adat Pepatih Program, measuring 4.27m in height, 7.32m in length and 3.66m in width. The gold structure is made from Polystyrene, steel, motor and plywood.

Biggest Butterfly Replica

The biggest butterfly replica was constructed in conjunction with the Merdeka Celebration at Terminal One Shopping Complex, Seremban, Negeri Sembilan on 15 August 1997. It has a wingspan of 18 ft 4 in and 44 ft in length, a body measured 14 ft 9 in length.
The Longest Non-Stop Emceeing
Kishvin, the in-house deejay for Terminal One Management Sdn Bhd accomplished another record ‘The Longest Non-Stop emceeing’ starting at 10am on 31 December 2003 and ending at 1.00am on 1 January 2004.
